vinniejones_290.jpg"Chuck" has added yet another guest star to its roster for the coming season, and he's a tough one.

Vinnie Jones, the former English football star-turned-actor, will guest in an episode of the NBC show in the spring, according to The Hollywood Reporter. He'll be playing a character named Karl Stromberg, who's described as "an expert hit man with a soft side."

Jones is probably best known for his roles in "X-Men: The Last Stand" and "Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels." His other credits include "EuroTrip," "She's the Man" and "Midnight Meat Train."

"Chuck" has already lined up several guest stars for its third season, which is currently scheduled to begin in March. Brandon Routh ("Superman Returns") will play an expert on the season's new evil organization, the Ring, and former "Smallville" star Kristin Kreuk will play a potential love interest for Chuck (Zachary Levi). Angie Harmon is also guesting as a spy for the Ring.
