Should 'I Love Money 3' with Ryan Jenkins air posthumously?

Ryanjenkins_meganwantsamillionaire_290 "Megan Wants a Millionaire" was officially canceled Friday, so will "I Love Money 3" be far behind?

Both VH1 reality shows featured the recently deceased murder suspect Ryan Alexander Jenkins as a contestant.

"Megan," which was running on VH1, at first suspended airing its episodes when Jenkins, who was a finalist on the show, was being sought for questioning in the death of swimsuit model Jasmine Fiore, his wife or ex-wife depending on the stories circulated.

The trades report that VH1 then officially canceled the show Friday, the day after Jenkins was charged with Fiore's grisly mutilation murder.

Jenkins, however, had also appeared on the not-yet-aired show "I Love Money 3," which has not been placed on the schedule yet, but a spokesperson said could possibly air in 2010. Of course, all this was said before Jenkins was found dead on Sunday in a Canadian motel. It's possible VH1 will shy away from the show now.

Networks have aired reality shows that depicted contestants posthumously before. Fox/Fox Reality's "Paradise Hotel 2" ran its complete season despite the fact that contestant Nate Clutter had committed suicide before the show debuted. On CBS' "Pirate Master," contestant Cheryl Kosewicz was eliminated in the fourth episode, but killed herself afterwards, before the show ended. The finale paid respects to her passing.

Neither of these contestants were accused of first degree murder though. So the question is whether or not VH1 will decide to air "I Love Money 3," which Jenkins reportedly won, or not.

what kind of question is this, ofcourse they should cancel that show. vh1 has no cl*** like bravo does. so sad.

ending is already spoiled, we already know who won. What's the point.

I think they should still air I Love Money. They could just eedit all of his confessionals and not make any stories about him. Editing can change a whole show. I dis hear that he may have won it, so I don't know how they would handle that.

I'd personally rather that VH1 not air it. They've already gotten completely ridiculous with the amount of salacious, low-brow, "gold-diggers on the prowl" shows that litter their schedule. But airing this would truly be the pinnacle of their bad taste.

I have a noble programming idea. Look at your "network's" name and run some Video Hits. I know it's crazy, but it just might work. You see kids there was a time when you could watch a video w/ clear picture and brilliant stereo sound rather than watching it on MySpace or YouTube w/ a tiny screen and tinny speakers. Oh well, progress has moved us forward.

Dumb question!! Of course cancel it, not only because it's garbage tv but because the producers and VH1 were negligent for not checking the pervs background. How hard could that have been?!!! This was a gruesome crime considering the mutilation that ocurred. I don't think the other show should air either.

No put it on air air or reshoot the show, anyway how the hell did a guy money anyway get choosen for "I love Money" anyway?

i think that everyone needs to realize that its not that big of a deal. So they air the show? whats gonna happen? are people going to want to go out and murder just because they watch the man run and swim. its not vh1s fault what kind of person he is why cant thwy air the show

the question ISN'T "should VH1 air trash tv?"...it's "should VH1 air a show with an accused homicidal-suicidal egomaniac?"

i say HELL YES!!!

many worse human beings get PLENTY of airtime...we've even had a dead celeb star in a blockbuster movie...

VH1 is gonna air trash--and, i love them for it! what better way to make it worse than it already is, than to air "i love money 3".

they foolishly canceled "megan wants a millionaire" cuz no one was watching it...but, i was TOTALLY gonna tune in once i saw this story!
