Robin Williams wears 'Wedding Banned,' Maggie Grace joins Tom Cruise thriller
Robin Williams, bouncing back after heart surgery earlier this year, is ready for love.
Williams will star in Touchstone Pictures' "Wedding Banned," according to Variety, as a divorced dad who teams up with his ex-wife to prevent his daughter from marrying the wrong man. The pair resort to some extreme methods -- kidnapping said daughter, for example -- and find their own love story may not be over.
No word on when the picture will begin shooting, or where.
-- After proving Europe is a haven for human trafficking in "Taken," Maggie Grace will take her chances in Kansas, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Grace will co-star in the project merely dubbed "Wichita," in which a lonely woman (Cameron Diaz) meets a superspy (Tom Cruise) on a blind date. The former "Lost" star will play Diaz' engaged sister.
