Real O.C. Housewife rents her Laguna home, can't afford payments
What's with all these supposedly rich "Real Housewives" having financial difficulties so severe that their "real homes" are in danger?
Last week we learned that Atlanta's Lisa Wu-Hartwell and her husband Ed were forced to downsize after their mansion went into foreclosure and the bank sold it to someone else. This week, court documents have surfaced claiming The O.C.'s Lynne Curtin and her husband Frank owe their landlord more than $12,000 for a security deposit and other fees.
Their landlord?!
Yep, apparently Lynne and Frank don't actually own that Laguna Beach pad which Bravo's cameras film them in. And word is, if they don't come up with the cash they owe before the end of the week, they'll be thrown out.
But look on the bright side... Perhaps this whole scenario will now convince the Curtin's spoiled, lazy daughter to do something productive with her life.
Yeah, probably not.

oh sh#t! how deceptive! all these ladies, living lifestyles over their heads. and now besides, the housing downturn is biting them in the a$$. no more using the ole house as an ATM machine anymore, eh?

Wasn't it well known that the Curtin's rented a home for filming last year? Don't they actually live in a house that was not suitable for filming? I wonder if this is the house used for filming, as opposed to their real home.
This condo, which looked like it was in an alley some distance from the beach, wasn't all that nice. It was small and mostly unfurnished.
Well, I'm sure this is not their fault. After all, it's not like they went out and purchased a BMW for their lazy daughter or were otherwise irresponsible with their money. With all of Lynn's drive an ambition - she must be making millions off of the cuffs she sells - how could this have happened?
well i guess it doesnt matter what "trouble" your in, it just matters that you look good in trouble, huh lynne haha! Why are their homes rented or not always so sterile and cold looking? Where's family photos, where's any warmth at all? Lynne is so overly obsesses with her fake looks and trying to always be perfect that she freaks out when her youngest daughter comes home looking natural and had no hair extensions in and no makeup. Obviously alexa was out all night and didnt call till that next day and showed up natural looking, omg, lynne was in shock of how her daughter would not be made up perfectly for the cameras! Lynee is ruining her daughters and ignoring them just like she is completely an idiot to Gretchen trying to lend a helpful ear to alexa, btw gretchen wasnt saying bad things about parenting, just that she was there if alexa needed someone to talk to. Lynee is such a twit!
lynne is so dumb, even when gretchen was explaining to her about how she would of liked someone to talk to other than her parents, Lynne just couldnt understand what she was saying!!! Ugh, lynne is retarded. All she cares about is if her daughters and herself are all made up for the cameras all the time & not that her daughter is staying out for who knows how long without calling and coming back looking "un made up" Lynne and her husband are very strange.
lynne is so dumb!!she should listen to gretchen about parenting...actually so should tamera!!her and lynne care more about how they look than their kids.i wonder if lynne would listen if one of her girls said good morning mom"by the way you're gonna be a grandma!as for tamera she is never seen with her kids or do we ever hear her talk about them(guess they'll end up like big bro ryan)they both need to listen to gretchen!!!!
