More 'Twilight: New Moon' Volturi pictures leak online
New images of "Twilight: New Moon's" Volturi vampires made it online today, and they're lookin' so good it's evil.
Dakota Fanning is marvelously menacing -- dig the red eyes -- in a scan from the Sept. 7 issue of People posted to New Moon The Movie, a fan site. The scan also shows glimpses of other Volturi and Alice Cullen being put in a precarious spot.
The pictures give a much better look at the vampire high council than an earlier leaked image, which just showed the bloodsuckers' faces yearbook-style.
In "New Moon," vampire Edward (Robert Pattinson) goes to the Volturi to ask permission to die after he mistakenly believes his human lover Bella has killed herself.

"New Moon" opens in theaters Nov. 20.

Oh please, it's part of one of the most encomp***ing (and obnoxious) marketing campaigns of the new century.
Summit is rightly panicked that Catherine Hardwicke's slaughter of the first film has killed their all-in bet on Twilight so they're breaking the bank and investing every penny in PR and advertising.
So colored contacts is "so good" and "marvelous"???!!!!
Is there no exaggeration journalists won't use to help hype this movie?

Rena, you're absolutely right. They've purposely been holding off on showing pictures of the Volturi to drive up the hype. Now there's a convenient "leak". It's just like their pathetic shoving of Taylor Lautner down everyone's throat to try and show they didn't screw up when they didn't re-cast him.
OMG I WANNA SEE THIS MOVIE SOOO BAD!!!!!! CANT WAIT UNTIL NOV. 21. 09!!!!! OMGOMGOMG!!!
But, I don't really love Dakota Fanning...
I can't wait to see the movie! I think it is going to be awsome. The only problem I have with dakota flanning playing jane is her hair. Jane in the book had black hair. Could they not afford a wig for her? I think she looks amazing but she still should have had black hair.
