Milla Jovovich ties the knot

"A Perfect Getaway" star Milla Jovovich decided to stay local for her wedding.

The actress and director Paul W.S. Anderson tied the knot at their Beverly Hills home on Saturday, Aug. 22, reports People.

The outdoor ceremony was held at sunset in front of 50 guests, including "Grey's Anatomy" star Patrick Dempsey.

The couple first met when Anderson directed Jovovich in 2002's "Resident Evil." They were engaged in 2003 and had a daughter, Ever Gabo, in November 2007.

Jovovich currently stars with Timothy Olyphant and Steve Zahn in "A Perfect Getaway" and next stars opposite Ed Norton in the thriller "The Fourth Kind," to be released in November.

Anderson's most recent directing credit is the Jason Statham-starring "Death Race."
