TwitterMelanie Griffith enters rehab
Melanie Griffith is getting help again.The 52-year-old actress checked into the Cirque Lodge facility in Utah "to reinforce her commitment to stay healthy," her rep tells People, adding, "This is part of a routine plan that was designed between her and her doctors years ago."
It's Griffith's third visit to rehab in recent years. The actress, known for her breakout role in "Working Girl," has struggled with substance abuse problems -- particularly with cocaine, alcohol and pain medications -- for years.
Both husband Antonio Banderas (whose name she has tattooed on her arm) and ex-husband Don Johnson have supported her efforts to fight addiction.
Griffith can next be seen in an upcoming episode of "Nip/Tuck" playing Brandie Henry, the mother of ex-pornstar daughter Kimber (Kelly Carlson).

Maybe she finally looked in the mirror and realized how Fugly she has become. She is such a poor actress too, never amounted to much since she did that Working Girl movie (or whatever it was called). If the lips and face weren't bad enough the voice would drive a person to drink.

melanie wasa great actress in the 80s, hopefully she will clean up and make a comeback. this shows how understanding antonio sabato is to still stick my her after she repeatdatly goes to rehab.

I like melanies movies, she idid a great job in working girls, too bad she didnt win the oscar, might have taken a dif path now.
I think Melanie's biggest worry is how to keep hot, younger hubby interested. Must be awful to feel it slipping away. Time is not on her side.
