Kate Gosselin to guest host 'The View'

Kate Gosselin has dealt with two sets of multiples, an estranged husband Jon and the paparazzi. But can she handle the ladies of "The View"?The reality TV mom will sit in as a guest host on the ABC talk show Sept. 14 and 15, reports People. She's filling in for Elisabeth Hasselbeck, who gave birth to her third child earlier in the month and who will still be on maternity leave when "The View" returns with new episodes on Tuesday, Sept. 8.
Gosselin, 34, joins other co-hosts who've been announced recently, including Sen. John McCain's daughter Meghan McCain (Sept. 9 and 10), LaToya Jackson (Sept. 16 and 18) and FOX News Channel anchor E.D. Hill (Sept. 23 and 24).
It'll be an interesting forum for Gosselin, who's only previously appeared on TV on her own reality documentary show or as an interviewee on talk shows.
On her Tuesday night appearance on "Larry King Live," she admitted that she was "lonely" but "too busy" to date at the moment.
Any bets on which "View" co-host Gosselin will butt heads or become BFFs with?

With Jon as a weak husband, who can fault Kate? He knew what he was going to get into, but, no, he want to be a kid again. Well, too bad. Accept responsibility. Kate needs a strong personality like she is.

Let's see if she has more luck trying to talk over all the other women. The worst show I have ever seen. Just a bunch of noise while they all try to talk at the same time about mindless crap.

One minute she's crying "my biggest concern is for the kids" and the next she's on some other TV show. Who the heck is watching the kids during all her travels?

Kate is all about the kids - yeah right! Then why is she on all the talk shows - she is making a name for herself not for her kids. Talk about money hungry. They already failed in marriage - what else now??
