'How I Met Your Mother': Robin and Barney are on

CBS has released its first photos from the new season of "HIMYM," along with a description of the premiere, and from what we can gather all those things will take place in the season premiere on Sept. 21. The episode is called "Definitions," and in it everyone finds out that Robin (Cobie Smulders) and Barney (Neil Patrick Harris) are carrying on a secret romance but aren't yet willing to define their relationship. Also, Ted (Josh Radnor) is nervous about teaching his first class.
Let's have a look at the photos (all courtesy CBS). First up, Robin and Barney looking all shmoopy, so there's the romance part.
My first thought when I saw this: Holy crap, Lily (Alyson Hannigan) is pregnant! My second thought: Oh, wait, she's coloring her hair -- so maybe not.
I'm guessing this isn't the kind of first impression Ted wants to make on his students.
Not sure what the context will be for the Lily-Marshall (Jason Segel) flashback, but those scenes tend to be really funny.
And, of course, Ted making like Indiana Jones. Because, well, just because.
"How I Met Your Mother" returns to CBS at 8 p.m. ET Monday, Sept. 21.

I hope the next season is better than the last. I feel like nothing really happened. I mean, it was funny and some great writing, but the story didn't move forward as much as it did in previous seasons.
^ That's because last year the show finally broke out in the ratings and the writers realized they're gonna need to stretch out the meeting of the mother for probably 3-4 more seasons. If it means more HIMYM, fine by me.
Ooh! This sounds intersting. I have no idea what's going on but as long as there's more HIMYM, it's fine by me.
So glad Allyson and Cobie had their kids and will be back. The show suffered last season as it focused way too much on the Barnie character and detoured away from it being an ***emble show.
Hopefully the Barnie - Robin storyline ends after Ep 1. That's just a stupid setup
They've spent an entire season setting up Barney and Robin and they've got great chemistry. That story isn't going away anytime soon.

I'm really looking forward to the start of season 5. For me its the funniest sitcom on television, hopefully it will continue in that form and I look forward to seeing where the story takes us next.

i thought last season was really good
i kinda thought season 3 was kinda boring
it was still good but i don't like watching those reruns as much
