Heather Locklear may return to 'Melrose Place' after all
Heather Locklear wants back in on "Melrose Place"... we think.
The actress -- who portrayed "special guest star" Amanda Woodward on the original "MP" series -- passed on taking part in The CW's upcoming remake earlier this year, but she's apparently reconsidering.
Rumor has it, Locklear has resumed talks with the show's producers, who told TV critics a couple weeks back that they already have a storyline in mind for Ms. Amanda.
"The door is always open for Heather Locklear," E.P. Todd Slavkin said. "We're huge fans and have a great way for her to come into the show."Hmm, any ideas?
Pretty sure they've already denied any Locklear-Katie Cassidy character connection.
If Heather does end up signing on, she will join fellow "Melrose" alums Laura Leighton, Thomas Calabro, Josie Bisset and Daphne Zuniga, who've all signed on to guest or recur.

No way to bring Heather Locklear back to 'Melrose'? Give me a break

OK, I'll be first and first to also say "Bad picture!" LOL
I think she looks cute!
I hope they address the fact that on the final episode, she and husband Jack Wagner faked their deaths.
Amazing how a dead caeer can change a person's mind....
This is very exciting! She'll bring in more viewers!
Rude Betty.... LOL!
u beat me to it but she will bring in old viewers of the original.
Now just have Laura Leighton's Sydney stay alive on the show and not a flashback only character...and you have a smash hit!
I think I'm really gonna love it!
CW is taking FOX's scraps, stay away Heather! CW SUCKS!!
CW doesnt suck they just cater to their demographic. This is great news. Hopefully 90210 can out of the crapfest which was season 1. Long live Melrose....
