the guy who plays chuck seems like an uptight, boring guy with no sense of humor.

Given the awful ratings, maybe the whole shows plays like a bad gag reel.

As someone who's actually interviewed Ed Westiwck (Chuck) before, he's actually quite nice and has a great sense of humor.
