Eric Dane, Rebecca Gayheart naked threesome tape puts Kari Anne Peniche back in the news

A tape featuring husband-and-wife Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart -- along with third party Kari Anne Peniche -- cavorting naked has come to light and threats of lawsuits are already flying.
Gawker posted an edited version of the tape this afternoon that features the not-so-sober threesome (at one point Gayheart says she needs to lay down because she's so high) discussing what their porn names would be as well as Gayheart and Peniche taking a bath together.
The couple's lawyer, Marty Singer, tells TMZ that he will sue anyone who publishes the tape and dismissed it -- or the rumored, extended version -- being labeled as a sex tape.
"At most it's three people wanting to have sex" is Singer's money quote.
While always embarrassing when a tape of this sort emerges, Dane and Gayheart are not really the most interesting cast members in this particular one. The least-famous of the participants, 25-year-old Peniche, has quite the interesting resume.
- Her parents bought her a boob job for high school graduation.
- She was was crowned Miss United States Teen 2003.
- She lost her crown when she posed for Playboy in 2004.
- She became engaged to singer Aaron Carter in 2006 (when he was all of 18) after knowing him for only five days. Six days later they broke up.
- Recently, she was asked to leave "Celebrity Rehab," where she was being treated for sex addiction, for punching out a cameraman and stealing from her roommate, singer Mindy McCready.
- Peniche is also rumored to be a Hollywood madam/escort. A rumor that is reinforced by the tape which has her reading credit card numbers into the phone at one point. It's somehow doubtful that she's ordering a pizza.

i watched the video (of course), and it's really gross. and you don't even get to see McSteamy's man-junk, because it's blocked out. but by the size of the block, it doesn't look very big. seriously, heehee....

the whole is not gonna chose film, because there is updating that a steamier version is coming online soon. Someone may feel high, someone may feel exciting, while someone may be dying. Would Rebecca still feel she is "so high"? I don't think so.
the video puts Dane and Gayheart in very bad light. the other girl, Peniche, is already in very bad light, so for her it's probably a step up!
