'Bones' season premiere pics: Booth just wants to have fun?

The people who make "Bones" must know that fans are all itching to see what the fallout from last season's finale. So in the first batch of pictures from the season premiere they give us ...
Cyndi Lauper?
Curse you, wily FOX promo people. The network managed to reveal nothing about the state of the Brennan (Emily Deschanel)-Booth (David Boreanaz) relationship or about the state of Booth's health following his coma. Boreanaz and exec producer Stephen Nathan have said that both things will be addressed early on in the season -- just not in these pictures. Sigh.
As for Lauper, she's playing a psychic named -- get this -- Avalon Harmonia in the season premiere, which airs Thursday, Sept. 17. It doesn't look like she and Booth get off on the right foot:
Angela (Michaela Conlin), however, looks positively tickled to have Avalon on the case. We're guessing that the strictly empirical Brennan is less accepting of the psychic.
It looks like Avalon sticks around long enough to bring her tarot cards into the interrogation room.
And finally, Booth and Bones together -- but this hardly looks like an intimate moment.
Oh well -- at least it's only three weeks until the season premiere.

Like Cindy Lauper. Remembered her with Jeff Goldblum in a movie way back when. Well, now their both on TV. Kudos.

god i hate madonna
Yeah, right. Madonna looks like the crypt keepers daughter. Cyndi has aged amazingly well. Her face is flawless. Madonna is turning into dust right before our eyes. Now, comparing their acting awards, Cyndi won an Emmy award for Mad About You and has another Emmy nomination. What's so wrong with doing tv. at least Cyndi is still getting acting jobs, while Madonna's acting career has been swept away, permanently.
Cyndi Lauper hasn't aged well - my ***. Of course she's aged, that's called twenty years! She looks beautiful, glad to see she hasn't gone for the "must exercise 14 hours a day" look.
Cyndi has aged well. Madonna is 51 years old whereas Cyndi is 56 and doesn't look haggard.
Incidentally Madonna was nominated for 11 Razzie Awards and won 7.

I can't believe this Cyndi vs. Madonna war rages on 25 years later. lol! Look, they're different artists with different careers...and (in my opinion)Cyndi is a better actress & singer. I don't know, she seems far sweeter too. You can keep Madonna.
Well, I saw Cyndi Lauper in person a few month ago and she looked a million times better than on these pics. At least she's aging with grace unlike Madonna who tries so desperately to look and act like a teenager which is pathetic.
