'90210' season 2 adds Travis Van Winkle: Who's that boy?
The second season of "90210" will bring several new -- mostly hot & male -- faces to the show, and I've just learned of the latest addition to that list.
The CW confirms that actor Travis Van Winkle has signed on to portray Jamie, a football-playing, frat boy at CU -- yes, the same university that Kelly, Brandon and the whole OG crew attended -- who crosses paths with Naomi, appearing in several episodes.
Who the $!*% is Travis Van Winkle?
If you're a big Michael Bay movie fan, you're actually familiar, as Van Winkle played the same character -- Trent -- in both "Transformers" and "Friday the 13th."
Or maybe you recognize him as the object of Julianne Hough's affection in her "That Song" video...
Yeah, no, me neither. But I look forward to getting to know "new Joe Bradley" this fall on "9-0."
Season 2 premeries September 8th.

I'm looking at the original 90210 from beginning to end now. I just recently the episodes in season 6 when Joe had to go to court when Ray said he beat him up.
The last episode I saw was the Christmas episode, and I realized that the story with Donna/David/Japan in the new 90210 is a carbon copy of the story with Cindy/Jim/Hong Kong
LOLOL Korbi Joe Bradley!
Nice old school 90210 references.
Is this guy going to be a regular, recurring or guest-star?
Also, interesting observation JayDub. Hopefully Donna will make like Cindy and go back to him.
One last thing..Joe wasn't a "frat boy" so it's not exactly the same.
College guy? 9-0? I think he is going to be more along the lines of John Sears than Joe. To poach the OG KEG-man, "What do you think "Naomi"? I'm here to listen to your witty HS repartee?" I think we all will learn a valuble lesson about dating sexually aggressive college guys.
He only played the same character according to imdb. Wiki says it's "ironically" just the same name. Either site can be edited. It's still a fun fact, it's just that it might not actually be a fact :)
I agree that he'll probably be more of a John Sears type, at least based on the characters that he has played recently, but maybe he has some range.
