'Real Housewives of New York City': Would you still watch if Bethenny wasn't on it?
Is Bethenny Frankel, our favorite New York lady (unless you're on Team Jill), leaving "The Real Housewives of New York City"?
According to the New York Post, Frankel is done with "Housewives," having signed on to do her own Bravo series, titled "Skinny & The City"... though the founder of Skinnyandthecity.com may throw up a roadblock or two.
A source claims Bethenny's new show will follow her as she plans her wedding to boyfriend Jason Hoppy.
B's apparently working on a second book as well. Life and Style reports that it is inspired by her feud with Kelly Bensimon.

i find Bethenny endlessly annoying and i don't care if she leaves the show or not. but i def wouldn't watch her new show!
oh, but i dislike Kelly even more.
Ah, I doubt I would watch it without Bethenny; she's the most interesting character there. She's a gorgeous, intelligent, injured little child. I'm touched by her New Yawlk 'vulnerability' and her complicated personality. Jill, another favorite of mine, is an obvious best friend for Bethenny. As for Kelly, what a boring, obnoxious human being; she's full of herself, or just plain full of it. Yuck!!
No matter I would still watch Housewifes of NYC..love the show. Despise KELLY though is she leaving anytime soon.
Kelly is the only NY Housewife who has actually signed on for another season. And I'm hearing Alex is almost a done deal too.

I'd miss Bethenny, but I was going to give them up anyway b/c it would be too hard to watch knowing that Jill Z is hosting a fund raiser for Florida Gov. Charlie Crist. What happened to all of that common sense she and her mom are supposed to impart?

I probably won't watch without Bethany she is really the only reason I watch that one. I only watch all the housewives to see their beautiful homes and see then all backstab each other. Bethany doesn't backstb she doesn't say anything she wouldn't say to your face.
She's hilarious. She makes the show fun to watch.
I love Bethenny -she's hysterically funny and very vulnerable, which takes the edge off some of her sarcastic comments. Ramona is the annoying one. Ramona's daughter has it going on way more than her mother. And Kelly - I can't stand her - she's an arrogant, narcissistic phony. But of course her obnoxious behavior makes for good TV.
