Patricia Arquette calls off divorce from Thomas Jane

Six months after filing for divorce from actor Thomas Jane, "Medium" star Patricia Arquette has apparently changed her mind.

Arquette filed court papers Thursday (July 9) asking for her divorce petition -- which was initially filed in January -- to be dismissed, TMZ reports. Back then, she cited the catch-all "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split.

Details on why Arquette asked to rescind the divorce petition are scant, but presumably the couple is on the way to resolving whatever issues they had.

Jane and Arquette have been married for three years but were a couple for several years prior to tying the knot. They have a 6-year-old daughter; Arquette also has a 19-year-old son with musician Enzo Rossi.

Arquette is continuing to work on "Medium," which moves to CBS this fall, while Jane has been garnering good reviews for HBO's dark comedy "Hung," which premiered a couple weeks ago.

Nice news in an age of celebrity divorces...Hope Thomas and Patricia can make it work! You go guys!

Keep up the good work in Medium Patricia, and Thomas, I love your acting in HUNG. Ray is such a fun, relatable character and I can't wait to see what happens next!
