'Miley Cyrus pregnant' rumor recycles through Internet

Miley Cyrus is still not dead, and she's not pregnant either.

We bring you this bit of information as a service to knock down the latest Internet rumor about the "Hannah Montana" star. This is at least the third false pregnancy rumor that's attached itself to Cyrus in the past couple of years; none of them, of course, turned out to be true.

Best we can tell, this particular rumor isn't even a new one. The false report that pinged around the Internet overnight claimed that Cyrus was carrying the child of former boyfriend Nick Jonas -- but that was a rumor that was knocked down more than a year ago.

Cyrus was also the subject of fake reports about her death last week in the wake of the passings of Michael Jackson, Farrah Fawcett, Ed McMahon and pitchman Billy Mays. She was hardly alone in that category -- Jeff Goldblum, Harrison Ford, Britney Spears and even Rick Astley were all falsely reported to have shuffled off this mortal coil.

Per her own blog on her official site, Cyrus is filming a movie in Georgia and has been recording a new song in recent days. She also apologizes for not updating her blog more frequently.
