Lindsay Lohan pays tribute to her idol Marilyn Monroe, but this time around, the young starlet is less than successful.
LiLo graces the cover of Vogue Espana's August 2009 issue and obviously is trying to channel the "Some Like It Hot" star, according to pics posted on Just Jared.

The one in the white dress isn't bad, but this one on the right doesn't work so well. Lindsay's a bit too skinny to look like Marilyn here. It's not quite as good as Lindsay's New York magazine cover shoot. Remember that one?
That's much more Marilyn, we think.

she should keep her skinny chicken legs covered up if she wants to look like Marilyn Monroe. gawd.
In the photo on the right (in the black and red), she looks more like she's trying to channel Joan Crawford. (And sorry, no insult intended to Ms. Crawford.)
Would somebody tell her she can get lost, everybody is into Miley Cyrus now. Sorry LiLo it's offical, you're a has-been. Alot of big stars have died in 2009 so far.... join them.
