Jennifer Aniston set to 'Holler'
Jennifer Aniston is playing the race card.
Aniston has signed on as executive producer of "Holler," a script about a biracial teen being barred from a segregated prom. The story, supposedly based on a true story, tells how the boy goes on to advocate for change in his small Mississippi town.
The script was written by Dana Adam Shapiro, who also worked on the documentary "Murderball."
Aniston's Echo Films will work with Screen Gems on the project.

It really is so sad that these segregated proms are still happening in 2009. I'm glad this movie is being made, because I'm sure not many people outside of these regional areas know about it. Hopefully once it's a nationally recognized problem, change will happen.
