Casting Call: 'SNL' stars join 'Grown Ups,' 'Going the Distance'
Adam Sandler's "Grown Ups" is getting funnier.
Comedian Tim Meadows has joined the cast of Sandler's ensemble comedy "Grown Ups," according to The Hollywood Reporter.
No word on what role Meadows will play; the film already boasts a cast including Kevin James, Chris Rock, Rob Schneider and David Spade.
The movie is set for a June 25, 2010, release date.
-- Speaking of "Saturday Night Live," THR says "SNL" co-star Jason Sudeikis is in talks to join Drew Barrymore in "Going the Distance."
The comedy follows a couple (Barrymore and Justin Long) who attempt a long-distance relationship with, presumably, hilarious results. Sudeikis would play a friend of Long's opposed to the relationship.
Sudeikis recently joined Jennifer Aniston for the comedy "Bounty Hunter."

Dear Mr Loren Michaels
I have been watch the show for time...I would to write/actor on your ....show
making funny again...Like Robin Williams.... I know what
sell.... sillly is silly...
but people want talk about it Monday..Morning at work on the bus....not crude...just...
funny...no I don't a have agent..yet but love to talk to about something new... well maybe the rating matter or they don't...I know you keep trying...But Jackie G
went stag live...with eveything in his head...with just 3 actors...it the best...show still...those people...still make me cry...
because...Jackie knows what to do....
If only SNL stars would start acting like grown-ups, and provide us with some distance from them.
But then again, Jack Benny they ain't.
