Britney Spears' conservatorship may end in November
Funny, it's been nine months, and the worst thing to happen to Britney Spears -- her death -- was fake.
Beyond that, the pop star's stayed out of trouble and largely out of the headlines. To that end, TMZ reports Britney's father Jamie will ask a judge to review the terms of her conservatorship in November. If the judge decides Brit's been a good girl, she'll regain control of her personal and business affairs.

Since last Oct. 28, Jamie has been basically in charge of Britney's life. That came after a spate of high-profile bad behavior from the singer, most notably her bizarre self-haircut. That led to a short hospitalization and the judge's ruling.
Britney is currently in the midst of a world tour, the end of which would coincide with her father's request. She was the subject of a Twitter prank in late June that supposedly announced her death.

This is really great news! And for the request to have originated with Jamie is a HUGE thing... it shows that his motivations may have actually been pure and that maybe he wasn't grabbing for her money like most people (read: me) had thought. I truly hope she's doing better and it would be a great thing for her to be put back in charge of her own life. I wish her the best.
YEA BRIT..BE A GOOD GIRL AND KEEP UR HEAD UP :)
I think Britney should get revenge! Someone buy her a semiautomatic weapon! Actually, I think her meltdown was a publicity stunt but if all that stuff really did happen she should open a can of whup. I mean, really, someone like her should be able to squash someone like K-Mart like a bug!!! If I was her, I'd be looking to put Kmart out of comission for good.
