VIDEO: What's 'Lost's Dominic Monaghan doing at ABC's house?
ABC is running series of promos for its new season that feature a bunch of its stars living together in one house. It's a cute idea, especially when things like "Ugly Betty's" Becki Newton walks in on "Lost's" Jorge Garcia brushing his teeth (it's the last scene).
In another one, several stars play foosball in the yard: Patrick Dempsey of "Grey's Anatomy," Ed O'Neill of "Modern Family," Courteney Cox of "Cougar Town" -- and Dominic Monaghan. Wait, Dominic Monaghan?
Word is the former "Lost" star will be popping up on one of ABC's new dramas in the coming season. The network isn't saying which one.
That's not to say, of course, that Mongahan couldn't return to "Lost" for its final season either. Death hasn't stopped his character, Charlie, from appearing to Hurley (Garcia) in the occasional vision.
Here's the promo. Any guesses as to which show Monaghan will be on come fall?

At the end the guy goes "you are so dead" and Charlie goes "Actually I was"... or "wasn't" its notcclear on my headphones. But this might be a hint he may be back on LOSt. I hope so.
Given that Jorge (Hurley) appears in the ads too, and ABC's coyness about which show Dom will be on, it sure looks very possible he'll be back on Lost. Which would be teh awesome.
Maybe the bomb going off sets up a "restart." I liked the idea someone posted on the Lost blog here. Perhaps the show will go to the moment Jacob got killed, and flash back to the past 3 years, showing the characters making different choices, altering the "future" and allowing Jacob to prevail. We shall see!
Did you notice where Ed O'Neill says to Dominic, "Derrick is a doctor, and he said you 'lost'." Coincidence??
If he said "actually" then it was probably "wasn't", because when you say actually, you're disputing what the other person is saying. I'm pretty sure its "actually, I wasn't", which is pretty interesting and tantalizing to think about.
Gawd, you LOST fanatics will see (and hear) what you want to see and hear just to advance your crazy theories. You LOSTies are probably the same people who see the figure of Jesus or the Virgin Mary appear in the grill marks of a grilled cheese sandwich.
Derek says "You ARE so dead" to which Dom says "Actually, I WAS." It's his Manchester English accent with that lilt at the end that makes you think he said "wasn't" but he does say "was."
So-called mystery solved. Move along folks...nothing more to see here.
I love how they have Courtney Cox playing foosball. Remember how her character, Monica Gellar, was great at foosball on "Friends?" She was not a very gracious winner either. LOL! These ABC commercials are very clever and fun.
OMG CHARLIE!!111!ONE
Okay, seriously though it would make sense for him to come back to Lost with that commercial and the reset theory.
Considering he was dead on the show and now that could change...
Besides, Hurley is carrying around Charlie's guitar. Why did Jacob give that to him?
I think he will be back for at least a small piece on Lost. If not, it will be great to see him again anywhere.
It's so simple, he is the new George on Grey's Anatomy. With George's face so badly beaten up, they are replacing him with Dominic
