VIDEO: Neil Patrick Harris does Dave's Top 10 Signs You've Hired a bad Tony Awards host

Neil Patrick Harris won't be back at his day job on "How I Met Your Mother" for a while, but he's not exactly taking it easy during the hiatus.

Harris, a newly minted Television Critics Association Award nominee, is hosting the Tony Awards on Sunday, and he's been making the rounds this week to promote the Broadway honors. He appeared on "The View" Friday morning, and on Thursday, he delivered the Top 10 list on "The Late Show with David Letterman."

The category: "Top 10 signs you've hired a bad Tony Awards host." My personal favorites are No. 3 and No. 2 -- but enjoy the whole list for yourself.

The Tonys air at 8 p.m. ET Sunday on CBS.
