Shia LaBeouf: New Indiana Jones movie on the way

"Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" star Shia LaBeouf has another blockbuster sequel in his future.

In an interview with the BBC, LaBeouf confirms a fifth Indiana Jones movie is being planned.

"Steven (Spielberg) just said he cracked the story on it before I left, and I think they're gearing that up," LaBeouf says in the interview.

The actor starred as Mutt, Indy's son with Marion Ravenwood, in 2008's "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull." While "Skull" was called a disappointment by Indy fans, it grossed $783 million worldwide.

Im excited simply because I am an indiana jones fan and a shia fan but if harrison ford is not in this one I will be dissapointed, it aint indy without him

What about Harrison Ford? Is he on baord? Without him it's not an Indiana Jones movie.

Ford was getting old for the part, plus at mid 60s wearing an earring... LOL... Thats a lil too much, time to move aside and let Shia do the movie justice.

Only harrison ford is indy Shia cant pull that off alone, and he need not try, there is no indiana jones without harrison. Dont get me wrong I like Shia he is an awesome actor. I think they would make another great one together.

The said the same thing when Sean Conorry was India Joans and Harrison pulled it off alone. So I am sure Shia will do a great job, esp if paired with Megan Fox.

Might as well put a final nail in the coffin of this series - the last movie was so awful, they should have paid US to sit through it.

Sean Connery was NOT Indiana Jones before Harrison Ford, he was a co-star in the third movie.

And Megan Fox? Where is that name even coming from?

I think you're mixing up James Bond with Indiana Jones with Transformers.
