'Real Housewives' Kelly admits hitting ex
Kelly Killoren Bensimon knows how to compromise ... at least when it comes to her criminal record.
The "Real Housewives of New York City" star accepted a deal Monday in an assault case, reports Usmagazine.com.
As part of the deal, the Bensimon had to admit hitting her 30-year-old ex-boyfriend Nick Stefanov in March 2008, but not plead guilty. If she serves two days of community service and stays arrest-free for a year, the assault charge will be dropped.
The notorious Kelly B. also received a partial order of protection for a year, which means if she loses her head again, she may face tougher penalties.
Bensimon was also slapped with a yearlong partial order of protection, meaning she'll face tougher penalties if they have another blowout.
