PICS: New 'Harry Potter' posters make love, not war

The new "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince" posters have been released and they seem very "Gossip Girl"-ish if we do say so ourselves.

What's that? How can the Hogwarts gang even compare to those snooty Upper Eastsiders?

Well, the new slew of posters, all of which can be found on the film's UK site, appear to focus more on relationships than the looming battle with You Know Who.

Okay, there's Luna looking very fetching with those specs and another featuring Draco Malfoy. Granted, those aren't very romantic, but they're very stylish. Can't you see those specs are designer?

Check out photos from "The Half-Blood Prince."

But there are also two posters that play off the Hermione-Ron-Lavender Brown triangle and one with Harry and Ginny looking soulfully into each other's eyes.

Can't you just see "Gossip Girl's" Chuck, Nate and Blair or Dan and Serena in those pics instead?

"Half-Blood Prince" hits theaters on Wednesday, July 15.
