Today's family-with-a-lot-of-kids story is not about Jon and Kate Gosselin, but rather their fellow TLC stars, the Duggar family.
The stars of "18 Kids and Counting" are about to welcome the first granddaughter into the already very fruitful family. Josh Duggar, the eldest of the 18 Duggar children, and his wife, Anna, discovered they're having a girl on NBC's "Today" show Monday.
Before finding out the sex of their child -- "Today" host Meredith Vieira knew before they did -- the parents-to-be both said their gut feeling was that the baby would be a boy. "I've had a feeling this whole time that it was going to be a girl," Josh said. "So now I'm for sure that it's a boy."
"I think it's a boy," Anna added, "but a girl would be great."
The couple then cut into a cake (prepared by the star of another TLC show, "Cake Boss") to reveal pink cake, meaning they're having a girl.
Anna Duggar said during the interview that she's about five months pregnant, which would likely put her due date sometime in October.

Why does NBC keep promoting all of these families that exploit their kids on reality tv? It's sickening.
The Duggars don't exploit their kids. They're as different from John and Kate as night and day. The Gosselins are nauseating; the Duggars are inspiring.
Nobody will ever accuse Michelle Duggar of the junk that Kate pulls.
