Model Emme will host FOX's 'More to Love'
FOX's full-figured dating show "More to Love" has found a full-figured host in model and author Emme.
The show, which premieres July 28, will follow a single guy "with a big waist and an even bigger heart" as he dates and pares down a field of plus-size women. Emme, who's probably the most widely recognized plus-size model on the planet, will serve as the bachelor's guide through the process.
Emme previously hosted "Fashion Emergency" on E! and has written four books, including the memoir "True Beauty," and has been an outspoken advocate for healthy lifestyles and body-image issues. She was also the first plus-size model to land a cosmetics contract when she signed with Revlon.
Her hiring as the host of "More to Love" would seem to indicate that executive producer Mike Fleiss ("The Bachelor") is sticking to his promise to give the show a positive tone and not exploit the participants.
FOX hasn't released any information on the show's participants yet.

And why is this show airing because...????
Rip off the hit ABC show. Who is EMME?
Plus size people are humans too. Its great that the media is promoting that plus size people are humans too but to focus on being plus size and in love is just plain silly.
finally a show for us fatties!!!

What bothers me is how the ads call these women "normal sized". How Reality Shows are littered with size 2 women, but the average American woman is size 14-16. Why not size 4-6 then? From the looks of these women, they're obese, not "normal". "Normal" to me are men and women in a HEALTHY weight that may appear thinner to the eye, but they aren't as skinny as a model. We seem to always go to extremes...either super skinny models/actresses, or Jenny Craig customers. What about the millions of women who are in-between those extremes?
I am not a big female, yet I find this show very degrading to plus size women. I find that many of these women have self esteem issues and have confessed to never dating or being close to a man before, yet their first date with him involves them wearing bating suits? Come on. And a man giving you a ring is very sentimental and traditional and by Western standards signifies unity and commitment, yet this is clearly not the case with the show. Having a ring ceremony is very inappropriate. They should have used something generic or something without the significance of commitment or love. This show is a joke.
Promote big people in a positive way, not like this!
What happened to the reunion show? And how are the two lovebirds doing? We all loved the show and wanted to see more from the happy couple! And where is the next one?
