Is Katie Holmes preparing to sing and shake a leg on "So You Think You Can Dance"?
According to Life & Style, Suri's mommy has met with "SYTYCD" E.P./judge Nigel Lythgoe and is in serious talks to appear on the show. Apparently, hopes are high that this will indeed happen.
I suppose it's not that big of a stretch. Mrs. Cruise did sing and dance on "Eli Stone" last year. She also appeared on Broadway in "All My Sons"... maybe she'll do a little Tyce Diorio choreography?
Thoughts?
Honestly, anything that shines a light on the insane talent "SYTYCD" showcases is cool with me.
P.S. I checked with FOX and they declined to comment on the story... which leads me to believe it's probably true.

Thanks to SYTYCD-Canada (which I enjoyed, except for a certain blonde hostess!!) I've tuned into this week's SYTYCD and I really enjoyed it...looking forward to more!.
Why ruin a perfectly good show with that robot? What I enjoy about this show is the great dancers they pluck from obscurity. I don't want to see a washed up Hollywood starlet trying desperately to soak up some of their spotlight. Thumbs down!

I love mary murphy but if katie holmes goes on a dance show shouldnt it be dancing with the stars?
Yeah, Mary seemed to be on a whole new level of crazy. I don't think she said one word in a normal tone of voice last night - she was shrieking the entire time. Ugh. But it was a great first live show, so I guess you can't blame her for being excited.
I like the fact Mary clearly has a sense of self-deprecating humor - like that crack about Botox last night. Still, she is falling into the same trap as Randy, Paula & Simon - becoming just a caricature of herself rather than a serious judge.
Mary was certainly a force last night, screechingly so. My hope is that it was due to the excitement of it being the first performance show and that we will see her settle down and come back to the thoughtful judge she has been in the past. As annoying as she can be, I have to say her comment about not being able to 'give an eyebrow' because of botox had me howling!
Kudos to the judges this year for what I think is the most talented group of 20 we have ever seen on this show. Usually there is one or two pairs that are noticably weak however I would have a hard time picking even one weak pair from last night.
