Javier Bardem may 'Love' Julia Roberts

Javier Bardem is trading Barcelona for Indonesia.

The star of Woody Allen's "Vicky Cristina Barcelona" is in talks to play a Bali hottie in Julia Roberts' "Eat, Pray, Love," according to Variety.

Roberts will star as the author in the film, based on Elizabeth Gilbert's 2007 memoir "Eat, Pray, Love: One Woman's Search for Everything Across Italy, India and Indonesia." Bardem, if the deal gets done, would play Felipe, a lover Gilbert takes in Indonesia.

Bardem's casting would stock "Eat, Pray, Love" with Academy favorites: Richard Jenkins, who was nominated for an Academy Award for his role in 2008's "The Visitor," has signed on as a Texan who Gilbert befriends in India.

Bardem and Roberts are past Oscar winners.

Hopefully this one wont bomb like Duplicity, ever since Julia started to think she is all that, people have been turned off by her showing off. She needs to be more humble like Madonna, Angelina and Britney.

Not as bad as Julia, she thinks she is all that now. At least Madonna, Angelina and Britney are helping the world, while thrifty Julia keeps on saving her money.
