'90210' is going back to the beach club
Who, besides me, has fond memories of that summer back in the early 90s when Brandon became a cabana boy at the Beverly Hills Beach Club where Kelly, Steve and company were members?
There were hot, older women named Sandy, sexually confused volleyball players named Kyle and of course grunion. There's no forgetting the grunion...
Well, it seems the new "90210" is taking another page from the old, as Spoiler TV reports that they are currently casting several new recurring characters who we'll meet at "The Beach Club" when the series returns this September.
Among the fresh blood will be Mark, a handsome high school senior who seduces Annie; Julian, the sexy front desk dude who's friendly with the "9-0" crew; Diego, the keeper of the suntan lotion who caters to Naomi's every need; Rowan, a crazy cute lifeguard with a British or Australian accent; and Bitsy, a pregnant Hollywood power wife who hates that Naomi and her friends are hanging at the club.
Does this news have you feeling nostalgic?
Excited to see how this generation does "Beach Club"?
Me too.

Ohh the Beach Club..where that trampy Kelly through herself at Dylan while Brendan was away in Paris.(with superman)
Oh I miss you real 90210
hahaha Brenda..not Brendan.
And it's "threw" not "through" - jeeze!
The Beach Club episodes are when 90210 became a serious force to be reckon with. Hopefully this will help boost the new 90210, as well. If only they would have air these eps in July then THAT would have been a big help also.
oh god, count me out....
the best beach club was the one on saved by the bell.
Don't forget the manager who was not to be disturbed while watching his "stories" (Y&R). I agree they should've done this for a summer mini-season. And for god's sake there is NO beach in BH. It's Santa Monica.
the guy who played the managerof the beach club who couldnt' miss his soaps (it think his character was called henry) is now the chief on grey's anatomy! crazy, right? took me a long time to figure that one out.
Wow. This was news two weeks ago, but glad to see someone's fanning the flames on a slow news day.
wow, this show is really reaching. lame.
