The "30 Rock" season finale, "Kidney Now," recruited more than a dozen musicians -- ranging from Elvis Costello to Sheryl Crow to Wyclef Jean -- to sing the benefit song "He Needs a Kidney" so that Jack's (Alec Baldwin) newly discovered dad, Milton (Alan Alda), could receive a donor organ.

The show and NBC are putting their money where their mouth is, too: The clip is also for sale on iTunes for 99 cents, and Apple and NBC Universal will donate all proceeds to the National Kidney Foundation.

So enjoy the video, and if you're so inclined, head over to iTunes and give a buck to help the cause. After all, the country has 600 million kidneys, and we really only need half.
