The series takes place 10 years after a series of unsolved kidnappings. When a new crime surfaces, a small Minnesota town's secrets start to unravel.

Yawn.....I'd rather watch "Touching Evil" with Robson Green on Netflix.
Makes me feel like they made a show about that killer out in um, was it Kansas? BTK? The guy that sort of fell off the radar for a long time?
