VIDEO: Andrew Zimmern's 'Bizarre Foods' Cinco de Mayo menu

"Bizarre Foods" host Andrew Zimmern isn't going for margaritas, nachos or other Mexican fare this Cinco de Mayo. Instead, he's heading to the Appalachian mountains for something more unusual.

On Tuesday night's episode, he partakes of the region's more unusual fare -- and that means critters.

Some of the tasty treats Zimmern will try is chicken fried squirrel, wasp larvae, bear meat, mushroom coffee and the delicous-sounding livermush.
