Tobey Maguire, Jennifer Meyer have a boy

"Spider-Man" star Tobey Maguire and wife Jennifer Meyer have become parents for a second time.

The couple welcomed a baby boy into the world early Saturday. "I can confirm the Maguires had a baby boy today and the family is healthy and happy," his rep tells Us Weekly.

The boy -- no name was released -- joins a family that also includes their 2-year-old daughter, Ruby. Maguire and Meyer met on the set of "Seabiscuit" in 2003 and married in September 2007.

Maguire will next be seen in the drama "Brothers," which is due for release later this year. Filming on "Spider-Man 4" is scheduled to start next year.
