Octo-Mom show won't be like 'Jon & Kate Plus 8'

The Octo-Mom reality show really will happen after all, her lawyer tells Usmagazine.com.

"[Nadya Suleman and the producers] are hoping to have an arrangement whereby several events in the children's lives would be filmed in a documentary series," says Jeff Czech. "One of the events in the children's lives might be their first birthday."

So far, the Eyeworks production company is still shopping the idea around to the networks, who will get more a say on the format. Czech does assure folks of one thing though:

"Her television program will not be like the 'Jon & Kate Plus 8' show," said Czech. "[Nadya] is looking forward to providing her side of the story."

Ooh, is Octo-Mom's lawyer really dissing "Jon & Kate"? We're not so keen on hearing Suleman's side of the story. "Jon & Kate" was much better when the kids were the focus, not the adults.

Wow, is she ever following in Angelina Jolie's footsteps....EXPLOITING those kids for money and FAME. Like Jolie it'll never be about the kids, it'll be all about her. And like Jolie films, it'll be a show I won't be watching.

Octomom has always come across as loving and relaxed and accepting.

Kate acts like she's constipated or something....

I feel so bad for all those children. I'm sure they just want normal lives. I will not be watching.

i stopped watching jon and kate now that i know their show was staged by producers and i got sick of the way kate was always belittling Jon. not sure if i will watch the octomom's show. out of curiosity i might check it out though.

I used to like this show when it first started, but, over the years, Kate became so abusive to Jon that I couldn't watch it anymore. I agree that the show has run its course and should go. Get some counseling Kate - you are mean! And Jon - start standing up for yourself. The money isn't worth that kind of misery.
