ABC renews 'Better Off Ted' for fall '09
ABC's just letting all its news leak tonight, huh?
So, yeah, word is "Better Of Ted" -- the one with Portia de Rossi -- will return in the fall, along with "Castle."

Interesting. Ratings were awful for this show but looks like somebody at ABC is actually willing to give some freshmen shows a sop****re year to get their (ratings) act together. Good for ABC.
I love the news because "Better off Ted" is a fantastic show. Still angry at ABC that they didn't give Pushing Daisies another chance.
Brilliant news from the often cancel-happy ABC. Better Off Ted was my favourite and I think funniest new show of the year. It has an excellent cast and I'm very happy that some quality comedy will be back on the air next season.

ABC did give Pushing Dasies a 2nd season.. a Season where every episode failed in the ratings.. nothing could have been done to improve the ratings! I miss the show but can live without it!
