'90210' First Look: Adrianna's baby!

Jessicalowndes Adrianna made the decision to give her baby up for adoption on last night's "90210" -- an hour which, like last week, showed significant signs of improvement from episodes past, no? -- but from the look on her face in this photo, I'm guessing it's going to be a difficult thing to do...
