VIDEO: Susan Boyle sings "My Heart Will Go On" for Larry King
Susan Boyle's fan club has grown by at least one, with the Scottish "Britain's Got Talent" phenom rocking an impromptu rendition of Celine Dion's "My Heart Will Go On" for the April 17 "Larry King Live."
On a lark, CNN's Larry King asked Susan to sing for him with no musical backing or other preparation. To say she did so ably is an understatement -- if you don't get chills at Boyle's ability to knock it out of the park a capella, your heart is probably a blackened lump of coal. King (and "Britain's Got Talent" judge Piers Morgan) was more than a little impressed.

Everyone is jumping on the Susan Boyle bandwagon, GOOD! I hope she get's a huge record deal out of it.
she seems lovely, but she isn't that great of a singer! she's certainly good and enjoyable. i still hope the best for her though. it's not a knock on her. more power to her for seizing her opportunity here.
I'm waiting patiently to
load up on Susan Boyle's
CD's. Her's is the most
beautiful voice since Nana
Miskourri or Celine Dion
I hope she proves savvy in terms of making deals. At this point she could become the latest "Where's the Beef?" lady and be a 2000s trivia question, or she could have a long career. With her voice I hope she manages to go the career route.
There is a lot of chatter going on analyzing why Susan is such a phenomenon. Don't they know angels walk amongst us? True, such are rarely revealed on such a huge stage. I prefer it a lesson on how the Lord sees His children. Imperfect but for the unmistakable stamp He has place on each one. With that special gift we are made complete. I've watched that video at least one million times of the 50 million, and counting. Susan is perfect, and she is an angel.
That sound you hear is Simon, rubbing his hands together after Susan has signed on with his company, Entertainment 19!
I still think Susan will suc***b to a small makeover.
having dinner with a judge on a show she is on...conflict of interest?
Hey! I have to agree with you aps. Her back story may be compelling, but she is just an okay singer. I don't care for her vibrato. I am glad that it isn't just me who feels this way!
I do wish her the best of luck with her career though!
Susan's experience has touched us all partly because of her amazing talent, and partly because her story touches a need within all of us to believe that good people with real talent can win in the end. Her story gives all of us who struggle everyday hope that our efforts will one day pay off. I can't wait for her CD and truly wish her all the success and happiness she deserves. If she gets 1/2 of what she's given all of us already, it will be a bounty of rewards.
I wish Susan Boyle the best. The dream she had on hold is finally coming true for her, and as far as the make over goes, I think they should ask her if she would like a make over, That is her decision, not the public's. Whatever she decides is fine with me. I think she is a great singer. Thank you.
