'90210' & 'Gossip Girl' stars take 'People' Most Beautiful slots
Last September, when most of the gossip rags were pointing fingers at the ladies of "90210" -- calling them "too skinny" and speculating on whether or not The CW had eating disorders on its hands -- "People" magazine did a "Body Watch" spread, comparing the "skinny" bodies of "9-0" cast members Jessica Stroup and Shenae Grimes to the "curvy" figures of "Gossip Girl" gals Blake Lively and Leighton Meester.
Have to say, based on the photos "People" picked, the headline should've said "sickly and scary" vs. "slim and sexy," but "People" seems to like the way the "90210" girls look, now awarding them a spot in this year's "50 Most Beautiful" feature...

Don't know if Lively and Meester, the first ladies of "Gossip," made the list (the full line up will be revealed Friday), but their co-star, 15-year-old Taylor Momsen, definitely nabbed a spot.
Also included, the best looking boy in Beverly Hills (I've said so since the beginning and even scared T.W. by telling him in person), "90210"'s Tristan Wilds... "The Wire" never afforded him this sort of attention, did it?
Other small screen stars making the list? "Samantha Who?"'s Christina Applegate takes the crown at #1, "Dancing with the Stars" & "The Bachelor"'s Melissa Rycroft is in there and "SNL"'s Kristen Wiig lands deservedly -- love her -- among the honorees as well.
Any thoughts on who's missing? Is there someone that made the list whom you wish hadn't?
this has gotta be the dumbest list.
Yay for Applegate, certainly sexy.
But the 90210 girls, while certainly pretty, look broke down compared to Meester and even Lively.
And for that matter, what the heck is Taylor Momsen even doing near this list with that haircut! Plus she's only 15 years old!
cdawg, that is the craziest thing I have ever heard. The girls of 90210 are gorgeous and much prettier than the girls of Gossip Girl. Lively looks like a trany for christ sake. The guys on Gossip Girl are even prettier than the girls.
Jessica Lowndes has to be the most beautiful person in the world. I absolutely love the color of her eyes
I agree, Jessica Lowndes is far-and-away the best-looking girl on 90210. Only Matt Lanter gives her a run for the gold on that show. Tristan has a nice smile, tho.
Taylor Momsen destroys the list's credibility, however. Leighton Meester and Chace Crawford belong on any prettiest people list.
I ***ume Jensen and Jared are in there near the top, as well? And Welling? If not, further proof that People has gone insane. Applegate? Gimme a break.

Applegate fought and won a battle with ****** cancer recently. It ws a huge factor in why she was chosen. The article is on People.com.
The 90210 girls are definately beautiful and belong there, but some of the choices on that list are ridiculous.
Korbi--they didn't come in at number 3, 14 or 15. That is a photo gallery, not an ordered list. The numbers just correspond to the page in the gallery, just like all their photo galleries have slide numbers. And there aren't even 18. There's 17.

Yay ! the 90210 cast is definitely hot the 4 girls are looking better and yes Tristan Wilds = beautiful, hot, you name it. He's only 19, I'm not a cougar but I'd go Puma for him.
I agree, Korbi. Jessica Stroupe is SOOOOOOOO HOT, along with Jessica Lowndes (if anyone bothered to see The Haunting of Molly Hartley, Jessica looked hotter than usual -- i swear that movie was cast out of The CW).
And to see Taylor Momsen come in before anyone else on GG is insane.

People need to stop *****ing about how other people from the cast didn't make it. It's nice to see Taylor recognized on her own. She's gorgeous and talented.
