Sean Penn files for legal separation from Robin Wright Penn

Sean Penn can't seem to make up his mind about his on-again, off-again marriage.
The Oscar winner filed for legal separation on Friday, April 24 from his wife, actress Robin Wright Penn, reports UsMagazine.com.
The couple had initially separately filed for divorce in February, but had the petition dismissed in April 2008. They were seen together at February's Academy Awards ceremony where Penn won an Oscar for his lead role in "Milk."
Penn, 48, and Wright Penn, 43, have been married for 13 years. They have two children together: daughter Dylan Frances, 18, and Hopper Jack, 15.
