'Ratatouille's' Patton Oswalt becomes a dad

Character actor Patton Oswalt has a little character of his own.

The actor-comedian and his wife Michelle welcomed a daughter on Tax Day, April 15 in Los Angeles, reports People.

The child, Alice Rigney Oswalt, is a first for the couple.

Oswalt voiced the culinary-minded rodent Remy in the 2007 animated film "Ratatouille." He's also has a recurring role on Showtime's "United States of Tara."
