POLL: 'Dollhouse' vs. 'Sarah Connor Chronicles'
"Dollhouse" fans are all hepped up about the not-really-a-big-deal wrap-up of season one with episode 12, "Omega," on May 8, rather than with episode 13. But season two of "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles" is coming to a close even sooner. As in, Friday, April 10.
Both shows have their champions and critics but whether either returns seems very much up in the air. What say you? Which one deserves another go around?

I watch both shows weekly. But terminator feels kind of "done" especially with new movies coming. Dollhouse is somewhat original, and we know with Whedon's past, he delivers.
TSCC is by FAR superior and the show that should be renewed. I like Dollhouse, but it ain't no Terminator.
Terminator, hands down.
I love Joss and I've enjoyed Dollhouse a lot, but I doubt it will ever be the show it was conceived to be. That Joss announced he was quitting television since it started airing doesn't exactly make me feel optimistic that another season would leave him anything but demoralized.
Sarah Connor, on the other hand, has suffered much less network interference and it really, really shows. At its best, it's shoulder to shoulder with Galactica. At its worst, it still leaves me counting weeks from Friday to Friday. Plus it's got Garret Dillahunt and Summer Glau and I could watch those two watch paint dry and still be glued to the screen.
That would be it, in a nutshell.
Given Whedon's track record in film (Wonder Woman, anyone?), does his decision to quit television mean he's taking up a new line of work?
He meant to say that the finale for the second season is coming even quicker. not the start of the second season!
FOX didn't really want these shows to succeed. They put them on Friday night for crying out loud. Sci-fi needs young male viewers to survive. Whatever... I knew FOX was just going to screw Joss again, lets just hope he's wise enough next time to not bring anymore ideas their way.
Terminator, no question about it. Dollhouse, yes its Whedon, but its not nearly as good Buffy or Firefly. Terminator is excellent. I want more. I'll take both, but I have to have Terminator: Sarah Connor Chronicles.
I would really like to see terminator continue. With the new movie coming out I think the fanbase will expand dramatically after release.
I also think dollhouse, even if it is whedon, isn't really up to buffy and firefly quality.
But I swear to god... if TSCC gets canned it will pull another firefly (a huge fanbase reveals itself too late)
Both should come back, it's the first time I've had appointment television on Fridays since The X Files. I loved Bernie Mac, Boston Public, Wanda at Large, and Malcolm in the Middle but stopped watching them when they moved to Fridays, but now I have a reason to get excited about TV on fridays. On Terminator, they can just give the whole show to Shirley Manson if they want
Both, but if i had to pick one, i would say Terminator:TSCC. It is the far superior show.
