PIC: 'Weeds' celebrates 4/20
No, it's not a coincidence that Showtime is using National Weed Day to release the poster for Season Five of "Weeds" premiering Monday, June 8.
While previous season art featured our favorite suburban marijunana dealer Nancy Botwin (Mary-Louise Parker) in a field of flowers, a living room strewn with pot plants, as a pin-up and posing the original garden temptress, Eve, this season focuses on the very tangled web Miss Nancy is weaving in an attempt to stay alive. Namely her pregnancy -- fake or real? -- at the hands of Mexican drug kingpin Esteban (Demian Bichir).

Once again, Zap2it.com with a ugly story promoving the use of weed, something illegal and very bad example for kids. not cool.
Mike- I don't see how this is "promoting" marijuana. They are reporting on a story that ShowTime released on this day for the very obvious reasons.
Wahoo! I can't wait for weeds to return.
Mike why didnt you even click here. Go click on a site that has "dumb ****" for a button.
yea lets keep our kids away from posters of tv shows. Instead lets teach them about a dude getting nails in his hands and bleeding and starving to death.
I don't frankly use it in any way, but am of the opinion that its illegality is seriously stupid. Plants should not be illegal. duh.
Well I'm sorry for not being careless of my children of using bad influences and even zap2i.tom doesn't directly promote the use of the weed, it support stories like this that approves weed and all their bad consequences.
you NEED to try the weed mike and maybe you will have a different perspective..try NOT judging others and living YOUR life how you want and let US live OUR lives like we want so long as we dont hurt one another...
Good. Although I liked the fourth season, maybe this is some indication that the show will start being about drug dealing again. Seriously, it's "Weeds," not "Life with Mexicans."
