'Lost' star Henry Ian Cusick faces sexual harassment claim
A woman who claims she was sexually harassed then fired from ABC's "Lost" is suing the network and actor Henry Ian Cusick.
The woman, Chelsea Stone, alleges in the lawsuit filed Friday that Cusick, who plays Desmond Hume on the show, fondled her buttocks and breasts and kissed her on the lips in October 2007. The lawsuit claims she reported the incident to her supervisor, but was simply told to avoid the actor.
An ABC employee since 1997, Stone states that she was fired 12 days after the alleged incident in retaliation for reporting it.
The lawsuit does not specify how much she is seeking from the defendants in the case, which include Cusick, ABC and Grass Skirt Productions.

I bet if he called her a "***GOT", GLAAD would have him black listed tomorow.
Well brotha, don't be surprised if Dez bites the big one on Lost now!
October 2007? Why did she wait approximately a year and a half to go through with this lawsuit if she felt she was unjustly fired?
Bob--you are obviously completely ignorant about the legal system and exactly how long it takes to get a case like this brought to court. Congratulations on making yourself look like an idiot and an *** at the same time.
I'll see ya in anotha hearing brotha!
What's wrong with fondling buttocks brotha?
not my beloved Des...LALALALALAAAAAAAA I CAN'T HEAR YOU!!!!!
Matt Esq - Please explain why it would take so long to file the paperwork, even when factoring in EEOC or the Civil Rights Commission. And try to take it easy with the name calling, as I simply asked a question.
Bob: Matt is right. Before you file a lawsuit it takes a long time to build the case. You have to gather evidence, get depositions, not to mention deal with a very overworked legal system that moves at a snail's pace. I have filed a lawsuit before (not sexual har***ment, it was for property damage), and it took almost three years from the date of the incident until I was able to officially file the paperwork in court.
P.S. Your "I simply asked a question" excuse doesn't cut it...even if she had waited a long time does it make her case any less worthy? Why ask at all?
Man, are lawyers a dime a dozen or what?
