Americaferrera "Ugly Betty" returns tonight and I'd say the episode is pretty close to top form. The only thing missing is a few really solid Wilhelmina/Marc zingers. But the "UB" world will warm up your Thursday night regardless... even if Mode is close to bankruptcy. I mean, Betty's still with the rich boyfriend, so all's well on that end...

Fo_americasnexttopmodel_s12_240 This week the "America's Next Top Model" gals get a Brazilian...photo shoot, that is. Backbiting, spasms of insecurity, and the all important go-sees: the going is getting model-tough, so who rises to the occasion? More

'Lost': My recap for 'The Variable' is live

Now this one I can see dividing people in a way not seen since "The Life and Death of Jeremy Bentham." I'm seeing some verbal fisticuffs coming, or at least the online version of the dancing gangs in the "Beat It" video. One of the two as "Lost" aired its 100th episode tonight.

Jeremydavies_lost_s5_240 With its 100th episode, "Lost" pulled out all the stops tonight with "The Variable," a Faraday-centric episode that sought to shed light not only on his whereabouts in the past, but his purpose throughout the history of the Dharma Initiative. Brendanhines_lietome_240 This week's "Lie to Me" seemed to take a page from the "24" playbook (minus the torture), with cops as suspects, FBI agents, CIA informers, and a rumored terrorist plot. But it all started like a good, old-fashioned crime procedural.

Ub_daniel_face Huzzah! "Ugly Betty" has returned, uh, with an Easter episode. Okay, obviously this was meant to be aired earlier in the month, but we'll take it, especially if we get to see Daniel (Eric Mabius) in a pink bunny suit. More

Matt I'm so disappointed with the "theme" last night on "American Idol."  Rat Pack, my hiney. Sinatra recorded a few of the songs, but they weren't his "standards."  They might as well have called it Musicals of the 30s and 40s. More
