Scott Bakula pulled an "oldie, but a goodie" quote from his primetime years for an episode of "Chuck" this week. As in: "Oh Boy" -- a phrase he used to say all the time on "Quantum Leap." Bakula was playing Chuck's long-last father, Steven Bartowski.
