Bubble show poll results: You really, really want 'Terminator' and 'Chuck' back
If you, the Zap2it readers, were in charge of network scheduling for next season, then all the talk about "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles" and "Chuck" being on the bubble for renewal would disappear.
The two series have emerged as the overwhelming favorites in our Keep 'em or Kill 'em polls of 27 series that we think could go either way when the networks announce their 2009-10 schedules over the next few weeks. The voters say they want a dozen shows on our list back next season. At the other end of the spectrum, people don't seem to care if "In the Motherhood," "The Game" or "Worst Week" ever grace their TV screens again.
"Terminator" fans mobilized heavily to vote in their show's poll. As of 2 p.m. ET Thursday, the show had racked up 26,553 votes -- more than twice as many as any other show on the list -- and 86 percent of them (22,711) say FOX should keep the modestly rated show (5.3 million viewers this season) on the air.
The other big winner in the poll was "Chuck," which ended its second season on NBC Monday. It's getting 80 percent support from the more than 11,000 people who have voted so far.
Other shows enjoying heavy support include "Castle" (69 percent yes), "Dollhouse" (64 percent), "Life" (62 percent) and "Samantha Who?" (60 percent).
ABC's "In the Motherhood" and The CW's "The Game," on the other hand, are getting next to no love. Close to 90 percent of the people voting on those two shows have said to kill them. The results aren't much better for CBS' "Worst Week," which is only getting 16 percent support.
Here's the full rundown of voting so far. All totals are as of 2 p.m. ET Thursday.
"Better Off Ted" - Keep it: 57%, Kill it: 43% (9,979 votes)

Zap2it,
Please forward the results to the networks. Not that they will really care, but hey, you never know.
I'm glad Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles came in on top. It really is one of the best shows on TV. Great characters and storyline. The season two finale was amazing. FOX really needs to renew the show for a third season.
A great big DITTO for Bob's comment!
Wow--there's quite a difference between your poll results and those from USA Today!
Terminator Sarah Connor Chronicles is amazing... It's the best show on TV.
Chuck is nice but it doesn't have the amazing atmosphere and plots of TSCC.
Terminator fans rule, its a great show and we all want a third season.
How many people TOTAL have voted, that information would make your poll more useful. You could then post Keep it, Kill it and "Ignored" responses. Shows with more votes are clearly more cared about than something which may have a 100% keep it vote but only The Game with 6000 votes over something like SCC with 26000+ votes.
Wow Terminator is the best TV show I've ever watched, bar none. I'm glad I'm not the only one that feels this way!
SAVE TSCC!!
TSCC is the best show by far: Smart writing, thought provoking, emotionally intense, it has deep character developments, amazing twists, great actors, sensational FX, the writers knew well how to build up solid and original plot developments on the basis of one of the biggest hollywood franchises with billions of crazy fans all around the world!!!
That's why we NEED a third season!!
The battle for our tomorrow starts TODAY!!!
Together we can make the difference.
There's no fate but what WE make.
If I recall correctly, I don't think there was any options for TSCC in the USAToday poll. They say it's only for 'on the bubble' shows: http://www.usatoday.com/life/television/news/2009-04-15-sos-network-chart_N.htm
TSCC is considered nearly dead to them...so if TSCC was there. It would totally decimate that poll too.
