VIDEO: 'Head Case' premiere episode

Celebrity therapist Dr. Elizabeth Goode (Alexandra Wentworth) is back to treating the elite for another season on Starz's "Head Case."

James Denton of "Desperate Housewives," David Alan Grier of "Dancing With the Stars," Greg Grunberg of "Heroes," Monica Potter of "Trust Me," and Jeff Goldblum of "Law & Order: Criminal Intent" were all guest stars on the series last season. And the star power continues this go-around thanks to appearances by Jerry Seinfeld, former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell, "Saturday Night Live" alum Kevin Nealon, Jeff Probst of "Survivor: Tocantins"  and Bridget Marquardt of The Travel Channel's "Bridget's Sexiest Beaches."

Macy Gray, Janeane Garofalo, and Tori Spelling will be on the couch when the premiere airs on March 20, but you can watch the episode now.
