VIDEO: 'Angels & Demons' trailer is action-packed
Okay, so "The Da Vinci Code" was more silly than suspenseful. The trailer for its sequel "Angels & Demons," though, as seen during last night's "American Idol," holds a lot of promise.
Most of the attention goes to a surprisingly young-looking Tom Hanks -- did he get another wish on that fortune-telling machine? -- as Robert Langdon, globe-trotting professor and adventurer. We also get glimpses of Ewan MacGregor and new love interest Ayelet Zurer.
Dare we say "Angels & Demons" -- at least based on this trailer -- looks worth overlooking its predecessors? Decide for yourself. Check out the new trailer:

Well I for one preferred this book much more than "The DaVinci Code" and can't wait to see it. I spent a week in Rome in 2005 after reading the book and researched all the Bernini references. Hope it doesn't disappoint as much as the last film
While I love Harry Potter, this is THE movie I have been jonesing to see.
Da Vinchi was a great book, but when I stared reading Angels, I did not want to put it down. I was thinking is was out next month. Imagine my horror to realize I still have 6 weeks to go.
